We've been dreading it - But it's time to take on the storage closet in our garage. And i have to say, It's wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. We found lots of items to donate and even more to throw away. (My friends at Goodwill were happy to see me - Maybe I should take breakfast next Saturday.)
Looks like we are going to continue with the storage closet tomorrow too. (Why were we storing all that stuff? Silly.) The new space and organization system in the closet is going to allow me to put up and take down holiday decorations in half the time. Which means more time that I get to spend baking cookies and watching Christmas Specials with Ava and Neely. And that is what it's all about.
